STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST
The chicken remained all time favorite dish among the people especially kids all over the world. There are thousands of dishes can be made from it and the taste can be vary in such a way that it can cater the people belong to different background, nationality and areas.
The stuffed chicken breast is one of the dishes that seem to be spending many hours in the kitchen but this is quite simple and easy to make. So, now you don’t need to go to restaurant and spend your money in ordering the stuffed chicken breast for you and your family. So, let’s start our recipe.
Firstly you need the chicken breast that is thinly sliced. Here, the recipe consists of four chicken breasts.
In second step, you will need some green onions and mushrooms. In order to cook four breast of chicken, I used one large or two medium size onions, chopped them finely. Around ¼ pound of fresh mushroom is and slices them but you can vary the quantity of mushrooms as per your taste, for example, I use half pound mushrooms in this dish as I am a mushroom lover. You can also buy the sliced mushrooms in order to save your time. Then sauté the sliced onions and mushrooms in a little olive oil with a table spoon of butter.
Here we go third step of our stuffed chicken breast that is to make some stuffing. This is the easiest part of our recipe. You can stuff your chicken with any of the vegetable but I love some herb varieties in my dishes. So, the choice of stuffing with the tomato and onion variety would be served as best.
The fourth step is nothing more than mixing the stuffing with the onion and mushrooms sauté, we did in step two. Mix them as much as it will cover the breasts.
Now here we come the stuffing with the stuffing in our fifth step. It means that now take the stuffing we did in the previous step and placed it over a plane chicken breasts, having the thickness more or less same to the thickness of chicken breast. It is better to leave some breast uncovered with the stuffing on its edges.
The next step is just to roll the breasts like a jelly roll and use tooth pick to ensure that the stuff will not come out of them. Then put these breasts in a pan and pour some chicken soup on the top of them. Now sprinkle some paprika over them. You can also use parsley instead of paprika.
The seventh step is to put your pan in the oven at 350 degree for one hour. Finally, after one hour of wait, remove your chicken form the oven. Remove the tooth pick and place the stuffed chicken breast on the plate. Now, you are ready to serve you stuffed chicken breast single or with the rolls and potato to your family and love ones.

OVEN ROASTED CHICKEN BREAST
Roasted chicken is easy to cook and serve and they don’t require a lot of hectic effort as well, delicious and mouth watering chicken can be made in just one to two hours maximum. Besides, simple roasted chicken; it can be in many flavors to add taste and color in life. You can have roasted chicken with butter and mushrooms, then stuffed chicken breast with cheese and red pepper. Moreover, you can also add some garlic to add taste and flavor in your food. As it’s simple to cook, it won’t take time to add these flavors as well.
For this, you need to pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees. Make certain that this temperature is suitable for your oven as every system is different so may be its creating extra smoke at this. It is much better to choose an oven-safe frying pan with high, straight sides. The large sides will result in containing excess fat as the chicken breast cooks and also, also prevent smoking plus a messy cooker. You can also use the instant red thermometers to verify the doneness of chicken breasts by sticking it to the meatiest part of the chicken. You should avoid the bone parts whilst cooking till it registers 160 degrees.
It may need as much as 45 min’s depending upon the extent of meat in your chicken. The breasts will become juicy, tender and moist due to the adding of bit of butter while cooking. Finally, the oven roasted chicken breasts are ready to serve now.

GRILLING CHICKEN BREASTS
Grilling chicken breast might seem like a simple and easy task but to grill a tender, juicy, and tasty chicken breast can actually be a challenge. Grill the Chicken Breast
Here we come to our second step after having some gap. Now follow the simple steps carefully to give taste and flavor to your grilled chicken breasts.
- It’s time to remove the chicken from the refrigerator and start your grill, either the gas or charcoal grill.
- Let the grill be warm up for 15 minutes. It will result in demolish the taste of recipe if you put the chicken breasts on the grill before the coals get hot. In case of charcoal grill, a good tip is to spread the coals and shred them over the grill surface.
- Cook the chicken breast over heat directly that is to place them directly over the coals in the grill. Around 5 t0 7 minutes will be required on one side but will take more time if the breasts are much thicker.
- Turn the chicken breasts on the grill with the help of tongs. Don’t use fork otherwise, the juice may escape out of the breasts and it will cause the chicken to dry out.
- Apply a barbecue sauce on the upper side of the chicken breasts and flip it on the other side after 4 minutes so the sauce will not burn. Some of the barbecue sauces contain high sugar which can burn the sauce.
- Apply the barbecue sauce on the other side as well that is now on the upper side. Wait for 2/3 minutes to start to caramelize and to give shining finish to the chicken breasts.
- Now remove the chicken breasts from the grill and placed it in a platter. It is ready and you can serve the delicious grilled breasts to your guests now.

HOW TO COOK CHICKEN BREAST

As it is said earlier, a lot of flavors can be added to increase or enhance taste in your food; you can use pepper, lemon, peppercorns and some herbs slices as well. This poaching can also be done in your oven. For this you have to place chicken in the roasting pan. Make sure to cover it and then leave for 20-35 minutes under 400 degrees F in the oven.
